Got Power?

Chezney and I spent the week trying to get in touch with Grandma Freas in KY. They were hit very hard by the ice storm and are still without electricity (since last Tuesday). We did get word that Great Grandma and Grandpa Freas got their power restored this afternoon, so hopefully Grandma Freas will be next. They were all able to stay warm with the gas logs at my moms house and have been cooking using the grill and gas logs. I was finally able to reach them by cell phone on Friday and Jarrod loaded up and took a load of supplies to them on Saturday. We are hopeful that things will be better for them soon, the town of Mayfield and much of Western KY really got hit hard by last weeks winter storm. Since we know one of the first things Grandma Freas will do once she has power is check the blog, we knew we better get some good pictures up! I am still loving my new camera and we hope you enjoy the pics below. Sunday was an awesome day here, 63 degrees and sunshine....which was the perfect opportunity for Chezney's first trip to the park in our neighborhood.
